Consulting	3 days before the opening	100% refund of paid amount
	2 days before the opening	50% refund of paid amount
	from the day of the consultation	Not refundable
	Cancellation and refund are only available within business hours (10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays). Out-of-hours requests will be processed by 2 business days afternoon, and the amount will be calculated based on the time of application. Request for refund: Please let us know at info@elearntool.com
